When are orders processed?
All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days when item is in stock (excluding weekends and public holidays), this does not include special order items. Same day delivery options available within a certain cutoff time.
Shipping options
- FREE Delivery to Sydney metro – ETA is 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. Item must be in stock for this category to apply. Please read special order items below
- Local Delivery from Queensland warehouse - Flat rate of $20 - usually within 40kms of Yatala. ETA is 1-3 business days after order has been processed.
- Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains - Flat rate of $17.50
- Regional NSW – Rates will vary depending on location, please contact us for a quote.
- Domestic Shipping to QLD – Rates will vary depending on location, please contact us for a quote.
- Domestic Shipping to VIC & SA – Currently not available
- Domestic Shipping to WA & NT – Currently not available
In-store pickup
Free local pickup at 1-3 Haldon Street Lakemba NSW 2195. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready. You also have the option to pay in store.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8am – 7pm – 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Special orders
Special orders generally take 1-5 business days until they arrive in store. as soon as we receive them from our suppliers your order will be processed right away. In a case where a special order item may take longer than expected we will get in touch with you regarding the time frame and what we can do.
Additional information
Batteries are considered hazardous and toxic chemicals so they are not shipped like ordinary items. They are heavy and must be stored and shipped in a safe way, thus, they are more expensive to ship and may take longer.
